Hello again! I know that you're probably curious as to how this DB will run, so I'd like to take this opportunity to enlighten everyone...
Rankings:
Here are the rankings in increasing order:
New Member = 0 posts
Contributing Writer = 1-10 posts
Junior Writer = 11-699 posts
Senior Writer = 700-up posts (You get to this rank, you get your own office)
These next rankings are promotional only and are appointed by me:
Guest Writers = Members who submit a personally written article to me about something regarding writing. These articles have to be submitted to me first for approval and I will post it and grant the position as Guest Writer
Asstant Editor = Basically, moderators. They will be in charge of certain threads and sections of the Discussion Board. You also get an office where you are assigned.
Deputy Editor = Global Moderators, have slightly more powers than a moderator. You get an office down at the "Offices" category.
Senior Editor = Administrator of the site. So far, it's only me, but that could change in the distant future...Come and visit me at my office under "Offices"

- Please post in the correct thread! It's more organized for guests and members if the topics are where they should be. If you want a thread that is not currently available, please send me a PM, e-mail, or post it at the "Suggestions" thread.
- Keep criticisms as constructive. Flames are not appreciated and do not work. They are only sent to the garbage bin. If you must complain about the work, please be civilized about it. People are more likely to listen to you.
- If you have concerns/ideas/suggestions, please contact me through PM, e-mail, or at my office (Senior Editor's Office). I am here to help everyone! ;D
